Lisa Cappelli Multicultural Nursing Scholarship

Lisa Cappelli has dedicated her entire career to helping diverse students access the nursing profession.  During her last semester at the college, Lisa worked with Loise Kirore to create a new student organization called the Multicultural Student Nurses organization, which is a dedicated student group that helps provide community to diverse nursing students.  Lisa was so proud of this great accomplishment, and so happy to see the students being proud to form this new group.   This scholarship fund will repurpose existing foundation funds to focus on giving annual scholarships to students who participate in the Multicultural Student Nurses organization.  This will ensure that Lisa’s efforts and legacy continue to help serve the diverse nursing workforce of tomorrow.
