Student Emergency Support Fund

In response to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, the college and foundation have created an emergency student support fund to ensure access to emergency funds to protect the health and safety of students and families struggling during this pandemic. This fund is designed to help lessen the burden from:

  • Job Loss
  • Temporary Layoff
  • Coronavirus Medical Expenses
  • Other housing related expenses
  • Food Insecurity

Your support provides needed relief to those who are financially vulnerable as Madison College helps them navigate these situations.

Student Testimonials

I honestly do not know what I would have done if I had not been blessed with receiving assistance from the Emergency Funding. This has taken a HUGE weight off of my shoulders during this VERY trying time we all are facing. The fact that I can rest assured knowing that a huge chunk of my electric bill was paid for brings tears to my eyes. THANK YOU! You all are my heroes!

This funding has given me some piece of mind. I will be able to pay my bills and I can focus on my education. I feel fortune enough to be supported by this wonderful college. Saying this college has changed my life is just an understatement, my life has NEVER been the same since I enrolled. I am working in a field that is more important than ever. Even though I am not working, I can offer my services to others who are unsure about working technology. Never did I imagine that my lifelong dream of helping others would be through teaching others about technology. Thank Madison College for making me feel more confident about my future and giving me the skills to not only feel worthwhile but, being able to make a difference from home helping other individuals with their technology.

Emergency Funding has benefited me by allowing me to put food on my table. Without this funding, who knows how long me and my family would have gone without food. It helped me relieve some of the stress that has come from the coronavirus.
