The Shane and Eric O’Donnell Memorial fund is designed to support hands-on career exploration and workforce development opportunities that introduce students to the skilled trades. Gifts to this fund help connect youth, parents, educators, and community members with apprenticeship pathways through interactive demonstrations, hands-on learning activities, career panels led by apprentices and journey workers, and educational outreach that highlights the value and opportunities of apprenticeship careers.
