Dawn Kreft Lund Nursing Endowed Scholarship
Upon the passing of Dawn Kreft Lund, her family welcomes contributions to the Dawn Kreft Lund Endowed Scholarship Fund. This scholarship continues her legacy of nursing excellence through awards to students going into this profession of service.
Dawn was a 1964 graduate from the Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program at Madison College, then known as MATC. Dawn had a wonderful experience in the program and applied what she learned at the college by serving as a licensed practical nurse. Dawn was active in the profession as an LPN until her retirement in 1987. Her primary professional positions were in pediatric and geriatric nursing at Quisling and Jackson Clinics and private duty nursing in Madison. Her family honored her dedication as a nurse by creating the Dawn Kreft Lund Endowed Scholarship Fund in 2013.
The Madison College Foundation is honored to be part of her legacy and is grateful for gifts to this fund.
