Required clothing, footwear, small tools, or minor equipment needed for an academic program. - Licensing & Certification Fees
Required licensure, certification, or industry exam fees needed to complete a program / enter the workforce. - General Safety Equipment
Protective or safety gear required for coursework, labs, or hands-on learning. - Transportation Costs
Expenses related to commuting to class, labs, clinicals, or program requirements (gas, parking, or bus passes). - Textbooks & Course Supplies
Required textbooks, materials, and academic supplies for your courses.
Important Notice
This request form is intended for students with a demonstrated financial need. Requests should be submitted only when the cost presents a significant barrier to program completion and the student does not have other funds or resources available.
This is not a general reimbursement or discretionary request form. Support is reserved for students who would otherwise be unable to continue or complete their program without assistance.
To support as many students as possible, students are limited to one Academic Essentials award per semester. Requests will be reviewed by the Foundation for eligibility and available funding.
