Required textbooks, materials, and academic supplies for your courses.
Important Notice
This request form is intended for students with a demonstrated financial need. Requests should be submitted only when the cost presents a significant barrier to program completion and the student does not have other funds or resources available.
This is not a general reimbursement or discretionary request form. Support is reserved for students who would otherwise be unable to continue or complete their program without assistance.
