Deadline:August 31 for fall semester | January 31 for spring semester
UW Health, UnityPoint Health, and Quartz are proud to offer a HOPE Scholarship to
Madison College students who meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Participated in UW Health’s HOPE Program and completed a Summer Internship (high school or college) at UW Health; OR
- Completed a UW Health Youth Apprenticeship; OR
- Graduated from the Caminos Certified Nursing Assistant Program and be currently employed at UW Health; OR
- Be a current UW Health employee in the Industrial Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship Program; OR
- Graduated from a UW Health Training or Apprenticeship Program
AND:
- Be enrolled in 6 or more credits during the upcoming semester; AND
- Be enrolled or planning to enroll in one of the following: Health Sciences / Healthcare related program; Liberal Arts / Sciences Transfer Program (Professional Health, Pre-BSN Nursing or Sciences Pathway; or Maintenance Tech Apprenticeship Program
Scholarship Notifications
You will receive award notifications to your Madison College email address within 3-4 weeks of the posted deadline for each semester.
