Scholarship Review Process

The Madison College Foundation invites you to join our scholarship application review volunteer committee. This is a very important part of the scholarship scoring process and your help is needed and appreciated!

If you have not participated in the process before, you will find it a very rewarding experience. This is a unique opportunity to appreciate the diverse backgrounds of our students since applications include personal stories, experiences and goals for their futures.

The entire review process is handled online through our scholarship management system, which gives reviewers flexibility to score applications at their convenience over a two week period. This is usually about a 1-2 hour time commitment.

Reviews for fall semester applications take place in May and reviews for spring semester applications take place in December.

Once you sign up, you will automatically be a part of the review group for subsequent semesters. An email will go out to you in advance of that review period where you can opt out if you no longer wish to participate.

If you are a current Madison College Student you are not able to participate in the review process.
