Benefiting Madison College’s Promise to Complete Program
Get ready to step back in time and boogie for a cause that moves us all forward. On Saturday, October 10, join us at Buck & Honey’s in Monona, WI for Play It Forward, an unforgettable evening benefiting Madison College’s Promise to Complete Program.
Madison College’s Promise to Complete Program supports adult students who are beginning or returning to college with the goal of earning their first associate degree or technical diploma. The program serves independent, Pell-eligible students who are Madison College District residents enrolled part-time and committed to finishing what they started.
By combining financial support with proactive outreach, the Promise to Complete Program helps students do more than enroll, it helps them persist, progress, and graduate. Many of these students have spent years raising families, working demanding jobs, overcoming financial barriers, and waiting for the right moment to return to school. The Promise to Complete Program meets them where they are by providing scholarships and support designed specifically for the realities adult learners face.
Your donation or sponsorship helps ensure that when an adult student walks back through the classroom door, they have the resources needed to stay enrolled and complete their degree.
When adult learners graduate, the impact extends far beyond the individual. Families grow stronger, household incomes rise, and communities thrive. One completed degree can change the trajectory of an entire family for generations, and your support helps make that possible.
To help make this event a success, we are kindly requesting donations of funds, gift certificates, merchandise, vouchers, tickets, or raffle items. Contributions will support the event directly and benefit our silent auction and donation baskets, with all proceeds going toward tuition assistance and financial support for Promise to Complete students.
We are seeking generous donations to help make this event possible and directly support adult learners in our community who are working hard to start or complete their college degrees.
Every dollar raised goes directly toward students who need it most by helping cover tuition gaps and financial barriers that stand between them and graduation. This is an opportunity to invest in real people, right here in the Madison community, whose lives will be transformed through education.
We welcome:
- Cash donations
- Gift certificates
- Merchandise or raffle items
- Service vouchers
- Sponsorships of any amount
Funds raised through Play It Forward will benefit adult students participating in Madison College’s Promise to Complete Program.
Many of these students are balancing full-time jobs, parenting responsibilities, and financial hardships while pursuing higher education. Your support helps these students remain enrolled, complete their education, and create stronger futures for themselves and their families.
The impact reaches beyond the classroom by strengthening families, increasing economic opportunity, and supporting the greater Madison community.
