Supporting LGBTQ Through the Madison College Foundation

Madison College supports students across our community and embraces their originality. Members of the LGBT community (e.g., lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, non-binary, asexual, or ally) often face many barriers that prevent them from obtaining an education including poverty, homelessness, unemployment, and food insecurity.

The Rainbow Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to Madison College students who identity as part of the LGBT community to help remove some of the barriers. Learn more about resources for the LGBTQ+ community at Madison College.

The following scholarships support LGBTQ+ Students. If you are interested in establishing a scholarship, you can learn more here. We would love to have a conversation about next steps.

My intention is to provide financial assistance to a woman who seeks an associate degree or college credits towards a University degree. This woman should be motivated and ready to apply themselves to their coursework. Special consideration should be given to those from underserved communities and *women of color. {*who identify as women*)
